Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Vislumbra (vislumbra.com), operated by Cantueso Corp / Diego Cipion. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting a page for audit, you agree to them.

1. What Vislumbra does

Vislumbra takes a screenshot of a web page you specify and uses AI to generate a design/UX/accessibility/SEO audit ("Audit Brief"). Paid accounts get pages tracked and re-scanned automatically. This is an automated analysis tool, not a professional design, legal, or accessibility compliance service — see Section 5.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Only audit pages you have the right to audit

You agree to only submit URLs you own, manage, or otherwise have permission to have screenshotted and analyzed. Don't use Vislumbra to scrape, screenshot, or evaluate third-party sites without authorization, or for any purpose that violates another site's terms of service or applicable law.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice to active subscribers.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then downgrades to the free tier.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. No guarantees on the audit content

Audit Briefs are generated automatically by an AI model reviewing a screenshot. They are a starting point for your own judgment, not a guarantee of correctness, completeness, or legal/regulatory compliance (including accessibility law such as ADA/WCAG). Always have a qualified professional review anything with real legal, financial, or safety stakes before you rely on it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Vislumbra to: submit pages you don't have rights to audit; attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service; resell raw access to the tool without a separate agreement; or use it for anything illegal.

7. Service availability

Vislumbra is provided "as is." We aim for reliable weekly scans but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for missed scans caused by the target site being down, blocking our scanner, or other issues outside our control.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cantueso Corp's total liability for any claim related to Vislumbra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and active subscribers will be notified by email.
