Vislumbra only re-checks a page on its weekly schedule, not the instant you change your site. If you want to see the update sooner, remove the page and re-add it — that triggers an instant re-scan.

Also: about 40-50% of "contrast" or "missing element" findings can be false positives from reading a screenshot rather than your live code. If something looks wrong to you, trust your own eyes over the report — email us the specific finding and we'll check it.

Open the account menu (your email, top right of the dashboard) → Cancel subscription. You're moved to the free plan immediately, no retention flow, no phone call required.

To change plans instead of canceling, use Change plan in the same menu.

Usually not — small score swings between weekly scans are normal variance in how the model reads a screenshot, not a sign your page regressed. Look at the actual findings list, not just the number, to tell if something real changed.
